New 3 Bedroom Villa with Pool in Maenam

When you enter the villa, you’ll instantly notice its unique touch – a separate fully equipped kitchen across the pool from the main building. For those who like to cook for themselves, you’ll appreciate that the heat from the various pots and pans, the salivating aromas, and the noise don’t disrupt the cool, air-conditioned atmosphere of a living room. But this touch of luxury doesn’t mean you’ll have to go out every time you feel like a snack, as the main building also houses a kitchen, albeit a smaller – but no less convenient – version of it.

The poolside area, which is also a lounge area, has – first and foremost – the pool itself with chlorine-free filtered water. Everything you need to spend your free time is here: large deck chairs, a small green garden, cozy party cushions, a large table and a barbecue for those who enjoy their meals under the sky. The villa is equipped with an outdoor cinema with projection screen where you can watch movies from the dining room.

Opening the large sliding plastic doors of the main building, you are greeted by the living room and a small yellow-themed kitchen. Corner party couches and a flat screen TV, air conditioners and a guest bathroom will ensure that your time inside with friends is comfortable and convenient, and it’s up to you to make it fun!

After the living room, you enter the first bedroom, which has king-size or twin beds depending on your preference, an en-suite bathroom and a set of elegant light wood furniture: a wardrobe and a bedside table.

Two other rooms are located on the second floor, accessed by a staircase with a rounded safety railing and anti-slip stickers on the steps – safety first. All 3 bedrooms have the same furnishings and layout, so there is no real master bedroom, except for the one with a terrace overlooking the pool. The only difference besides the terrace is that the rooms on the second floor have high ceilings that feel incredibly open and bright. The villa can easily accommodate more than 7 people with additional bed options. There is enough space and utility to accommodate everyone in comfort.

There are enough private rooms and nooks for everyone to maintain the integrity of their personal space, large open dining and party spaces have all the bells and whistles, and a separate kitchen will make you feel special when you book a personal chef. Plus, if you’re traveling with a *large* group of people, you can move into the neighboring villas, all of which have easy access for maintenance, should you need it.

But the villa itself isn’t everything. It’s a fully managed villa complex with reception, security, maid services, utilities and a team of cheerful, resourceful managers who will help you tailor the experience to your own perfection – whether it’s extra services like a private chef or a driver’s massage or a rental car, or something simpler like an extra bed and special furniture or toys for young children. There is also a children’s playground in the complex.
