Our brand new beachfront villa is located on a heavenly beach of white sand and hanging palm trees in Maenam. It can be used as both a luxury vacation home and an event venue.
In addition to the comfortable loft-style living and sleeping areas and the outdoor pool terrace, the villa also has an exceptional event space overlooking the sea and a separate fully equipped restaurant kitchen with staff quarters.
Weddings, parties or just a relaxing vacation, the villa offers the perfect conditions to satisfy any request. The villa is spread over two levels above the sea and offers a breathtaking view of the azure water and Phangan from any corner.
The first floor is dedicated to the living space and consists of
– An open living room with a sitting area and a dining area overlooking the sea;
– A kitchen integrated to the villa with a bar counter;
– 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms;
– A seaside terrace with a sitting area and lounge chairs.

The upper floor is a terrace offering the most beautiful views of the sea and the opposite island of Phangan.
This versatile terrace over the sea includes
– A covered area with sofas and ottomans;
– A professional bar and counter;
– An outdoor relaxation area for sunbathing;
– a cinema under the stars.

It can be used as a large relaxation area or can host an event for up to 25 guests with a large dining table instead of the usual sitting areas.

Outside the villa, with separate entrances, are the staff quarters including
– A fully equipped professional restaurant kitchen for a chef/caterer;
– A laundry area.

The villa has a fully equipped beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas and a beach attendant to take care of the villa guests. The villa is staffed on site and can be used as both an accommodation and event venue with our catering and event packages. Clients are also free to invite their chef to cater their event.

The villa can be used as a private beach club for a group of 15 to 20 people during the day.
At night, these guests can be accommodated in two rooms in the villa and in six beach bungalows adjacent to the villa, which have been recently renovated. In total, the complex can accommodate up to 18 adults.
In addition, the neighboring resort has 12 villas with 2 to 6 bedrooms.
Both resorts are managed by one company and can be considered as one large villa resort meeting all accommodation requirements. Resort Facilities:
