Our rental fee of 15% from the rental price covers the following services:
• Marketing & Advertisement of the property on different online & offline platforms (local and international)
• Rental Agreement
• Property setup prior to check-in
• Check-in / Check-out
• Arrival Inventory
• Customer relation & assistance
In addition, you can add these “A la carte” services:
• Pool maintenance: 2,500 THB per Month (8 times)
• Airport or Pier pick-up: 500 THB per Trip (4 Pax)
• Pest control: 500 THB per Intervention
• Cleaning: 300 THB per Hour
• Welcome package: 300 THB per Package
