Premium Construction is based in Koh Samui for over 10 years and thanks to our faithful & professional construction team of 50 effective people we are able to carry out all types of projects from a bespoke standalone private pool villa to a 40+ units apartment project.

For the drafting of our BOQ (Balance Of Quantity), everything will be clearly detailed, enabling the you to know the costs and the finishes that will be used in advance of its construction (cost of tiles, sanitary etc…).

You will then have the freedom to choose the materials and finishes within the budget established at the outset. Everything is worked and decided directly with you before signing.

If you are not on the island during the construction process, we will send you a bimonthly construction progress report.
